Early-access privacy notice

This notice covers the AtlaSelf early-access list. It does not cover health information entered in the application.

What is stored

The list stores your email address, selected language, consent version and consent time, together with creation and expiry times. Do not enter health information in the form.

Why it is stored

With your consent, your address is kept so you can be contacted about AtlaSelf early access. Registering does not create an application account, send a confirmation email or guarantee access.

Storage and access

Addresses are encrypted in a separate server database. A keyed hash is used to recognize repeat submissions. Access is restricted to the operator; there is no public list-reading endpoint. Addresses are not sent to AI or included in application logs.

Retention and deletion

Entries are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted automatically. You can withdraw consent and request earlier deletion through the published privacy contact.

Technical protection

The form uses request limits and a bot-detection field. Temporary technical request metadata may be processed to protect the service. The site does not use advertising trackers.

Backups

Encrypted backups are kept for 7 days and used only for service recovery. A deleted entry may remain in a backup until that backup expires.
